Days 1–30

Learn the systems, terminology, freight flow, and day-to-day operations.

Days 30–60

Begin prospecting, making calls, quoting freight, and shadowing experienced brokers.

Days 60–90

Start building momentum, handling opportunities independently, and developing your own customer relationships.
